To open an individual/joint account, please download the below documents from the common forms and fill in:

  1. Account Opening Form – Individual
  2. Account Opening Form – Joint
  3. W-8BEN
  4. Confirmation of client consent under the Hong Kong Investor Identification Regime (HKIDR) and Over-the counter Securities Transactions Reporting Regime (OTCR)

After completing the forms, please visit our office with following documents:

  1. Proof of ID (e.g. HKID cards(s) or passport(s))
  2. Proof of residential address issued within the past three months ( e.g. utility bills or invoices, telephone/mobile/internet bills. bank statements )

Corporate Account

To open an corporate account, please download the below documents from the common forms and fill in:

  1. Account Opening Form – Corporate
  2. Self-Certification Form – Entity
  3. W-8BEN-E
  4. Board Resolution
  5. Self-Certification Form – Controlling Person (if necessary)
  6. Letter of Guarantee – (if necessary)
  7. Change of Account Information Form – Corporate

After completing the forms, please visit our office with following documents:

並聲稱本公司為假冒公司於香港的總部，以誘騙大眾進行債券、房地產、私募股權等投資。

本公司現嚴正聲明，本公司現階段於中國內地並無任何分公司，並與假冒公司無任何關係或業務來往。鑒於是次事件懷疑有人利用本公司之良好商譽，

誤導內地大眾謀利，本公司予以高度關注。現特此聲明，以正視聽，並特別呼籲大眾提高警惕，免受誤導而招至損失。

本公司已就事件報案處理，同時保留一切追究法律責任的權利。
