We wish to clarify that this email was not issued by us. Based on our current review, our systems remain secure. This appears to be a typical “phishing” or “email spoofing” attempt, where scammers forge the sender’s name (including using the Chinese name of our company) to deceive recipients.

Our company will never ask you to provide sensitive information such as account login IDs, passwords, or One-Time Passwords (OTPs) via email or SMS hyperlinks. - Verify through official channels
Always access your account by visiting our official website directly https://www.silverbricks.com.hk or using our official mobile application, rather than via links embedded in emails.
If you have received a suspicious email of this nature, please delete it immediately. If you believe you may have clicked any link or disclosed your account information, please contact our Customer Service team at 3998 5120 or email us at cs@silverbricks.com.hk as soon as possible.
