元庫資產管理有限公司 (「本公司」)近日收到公眾人士查詢，指有騙徒於內地假冒本公司的名義，自稱為「元庫資產管理有限公司」或「元庫創領資產管理有限公司」(「假冒公司」)招攬內地投資者，
並聲稱本公司為假冒公司於香港的總部，以誘騙大眾進行債券、房地產、私募股權等投資。
本公司現嚴正聲明，本公司現階段於中國內地並無任何分公司，並與假冒公司無任何關係或業務來往。鑒於是次事件懷疑有人利用本公司之良好商譽，
誤導內地大眾謀利，本公司予以高度關注。現特此聲明，以正視聽，並特別呼籲大眾提高警惕，免受誤導而招至損失。
本公司已就事件報案處理，同時保留一切追究法律責任的權利。
